About Us

Kate & Marie is a Hertfordshire-based talent agency representing performers for TV, film, theatre, commercials, music, modelling and voiceover.

We're a small team, which means every performer we represent is known by name, not just by headshot. We believe in personal representation, building genuine relationships with our talent and understanding where they want their careers to go.

Katie knows the industry from the inside as a parent. She has guided her own daughter's career, building strong industry relationships along the way, and brings a background in sales that means she knows how to make connections and open doors.

Ann-Marie brings a different perspective. As a counsellor with an MSc in Psychology, she places performer wellbeing at the heart of how we work. We understand that this is an industry filled with opportunity, but also rejection, uncertainty and pressure.

“We know every audition takes courage. Whether you're eight or eighty-eight, we'll help you bounce back from a 'no' and walk into the next room ready and resilient”
